BriAnne Copp

For over a decade, experienced litigator BriAnne Copp has focused her practice exclusively on matrimonial and family law. To each of her cases she brings experience in a wide range of substantive areas of law including commercial litigation, contract, bankruptcy, and partnership disputes, private client, and even capital criminal defense.

BriAnne regularly advises clients on all aspects of family and matrimonial matters including prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, contested divorce proceedings, child custody, access, and support, maintenance, valuation and distribution of assets, post-judgment modification and enforcement actions, and appeals. She frequently deals with high-net worth clients (and their spouses), and is often called upon to uncover secreted assets or parse out complex financial information. BriAnne also has significant experience navigating parental alienation, mental health, and substance abuse issues.

BriAnne aims for negotiated settlements, often crafting creative solutions for thorny problems. When it is the best option, however, she is more than capable of shepherding a case through any necessary litigation. Known as a skilled writer, she also prides herself on knowing and articulating the facts and details of each of her cases.

As well as an experienced litigator, BriAnne is a trained mediator, having completed her training through the Center for Understanding in Conflict.
