BRADY WILLIAMSON
Brady Williamson is a member of the firm’s varied general litigation and alternative dispute resolution group. His areas of practice are wide-ranging, typically focusing on the specific needs of the firm’s sports and entertainment clients.
He has handled matters in the areas of contract and corporate law, intellectual property law (copyright, trademark, and patent), and criminal law. In addition, Brady has successfully defended clients in athlete disciplinary proceedings, and has negotiated, and assisted in the negotiation of, numerous sponsorship, personal services, and merchandising deals on behalf of the firm’s athlete, recording artist, and influencer clients. He is also the firm’s leading authority on the recently enacted laws governing the right of amateur athletes to financially benefit from the use of their name, image, and likeness.
